lined slippers which means two layers felted raggwool; doubly warm; Red/ black tweed outside, red/white tweed inside; 10" long; and according to charts, this should fit woman 8-9 or a men size 7-8; but peoples feet are all different so I say to draw around your bare foot on a piece of paper and then measure from the tip of the toe to the back of the heel and you will know if this will fit.
The thing about felted wool is the way these slippers will conform to your feet as you wear them, are wonderfully warm without much bulk in the winter and yet cool in the summer.
This pair of slippers are "one of the kind" because I never combine the same colors again after I make a pair.
Care instructions: Soak wash in sink or basin by hands in warm water using mild shampoo for about 1/2 hour. Drain and rinse by running lukewarm water over them until no bubbles; Press against side of sink or basin until water ceases running out. Shape by putting plastic bags inside without stretching and leave it to dry.You don't need to wash felt often as wool has a self-cleaning quality. The mohair on these can then be brushed to the soft lush feel with a gentle bristle hairbrush.
